The RO plant lifter is designed for efficient and gentle handling of various types of nursery plants, especially larger plants such as deciduous trees, fruit trees, hedge plants, roses, and similar. This high-capacity machine operates well even in challenging conditions, featuring an efficient shaking system and a specialized pick-up belt with “rubber fingers” for delicate plant handling. Includes hydraulic depth control and side shift.
The RO lifter is suitable for lifting a broad range of nursery plants, including roses, fruit trees, hedging plants, light shrubs, deciduous trees, and conifers. Its versatility makes it an ideal solution for handling various types of plants.
Plants are undercut and lifted by the specialized pick-up belts, then passed through the machine’s dual-stage shaking system. This process ensures an efficient and gentle harvest, preserving plant integrity during handling.
The two-part shaking system includes a front shaker mounted just behind the lifting blade and a rear shaker beneath the pick-up belt. This setup helps to clean the plants thoroughly, preparing them for easy handling after lifting.
The machine features a rear platform that can be customized with additional equipment, such as a palletizer or bundling machine. This flexible design enables efficient handling and storage of harvested plants, allowing the machine to be tailored to specific tasks and operational requirements.
