The NG plant lifter is designed for lifting nearly all types of plants growing in rows, with a focus on smaller plants such as 2×1 Nordmann spruce. Offers high capacity, even in challenging conditions, with an efficient shaking system and gentle plant handling. Features hydraulic depth control and side shift.
The Egedal Plant Lifter Type NG is specifically engineered to gently lift a wide variety of bare-root plants, including conifers, deciduous plants, and light shrubs. Its narrow special belt securely holds plants without applying pressure to top shoots or side branches, ensuring minimal damage.
Equipped with an efficient shaking system, the NG carefully removes soil from the plants while preserving their root structure. This gentle handling helps maintain a well-developed root network, essential for successful replanting.
Plants are delivered onto a cross conveyor, allowing operators to quickly and easily collect them. This streamlined process enhances both efficiency and productivity during plant lifting.
The NG lifter can be outfitted with various platforms, including a fixed platform (standard), a platform with a pallet lift, or a platform designed for use with a carousel trailer. All functions are hydraulically driven, with adjustable belt speed and shaking system speed, controlled via an electric hydraulic remote from the tractor. This setup provides flexibility and ease of use for the operator.
